SHIPPING POLICY

We are excited to get your Exquisite Bundles to you! The tracking number will be updated in your Exquisite Bundles account and PayPal.  It will also be emailed as soon as your order is processed.  IT IS CRITICAL THAT YOUR INFORMATION IS UP TO DATE IN THE AFOREMENTIONED ACCOUNTS. Please allow 36 hours for the tracking information to be updated on the carrier’s site. Review and choose the appropriate shipping time frame below for your order.  Be sure to plan accordingly and leave room for situations beyond our control (bad weather, holidays, carrier errors, etc).  We will NOT distribute a refund for errors associated with shipping if we are not at fault. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to carrier errors, inclement weather, incorrect addresses, theft, and natural disasters.  Any orders returned to us due to incorrect shipping information will be resent at your expense. 

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION

Orders are shipped with signature confirmation.  It is your responsibility to be available to sign for the delivery.  If you were unavailable, it is also your responsibility to follow the carrier’s instructions to obtain the delivery from them. You are welcome to decline the signature confirmation during checkout.  If signature confirmation is declined, we relinquish ALL responsibility for the safe delivery of your purchase.  If lost or stolen, the purchases will not be eligible for any form of compensation.  

LOST ORDERS

If you accepted signature confirmation during the checkout process and you believe your order is lost or stolen please contact us. We will contact the carrier and immediately initiate an investigation. We ask that you are patient and allow at least 7 business days for any substantial updates and/or possible solutions.  WE WILL NOT PROCESS A REIMBURSEMENT AND/OR COMPENSATE NEW BUNDLES UNTIL THE INVESTIGATION IS COMPLETED.  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • ​If you live outside the United States, you are welcome to ship your order to a private mail box service which allows you to have your online purchases delivered to a U.S address and then forwarded to your country (Ezone, Aeroposte, Bimpak, Jetbox, JPak etc.).  You will incur the US shipping cost and we are only responsible for getting your order to that U.S address.  We will not be held liable for anything that happens to your order after delivery to the initial shipping address.  

  • ​Customs may impose duties on your shipment.  It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to pay any additional charges associated with your order.  If you do not pay the customs fees and the order is confiscated, NO FORM OF COMPENSATION WILL BE ISSUED.

  • Standard (Approx. 4-7 Business Days)

  • International Express (Approx. 5-10 Business Days)

 

For clarification purposes we consider a business day as a day of the week between and including Monday to Friday but excluding public and federal holidays.

SHIPPING AFTER A PROMOTION

Due to the high volume of orders during a sale, we ask that you are patient and allow five additional business days for delivery.

Exquisite Bundles reserves the right to change and/or update the shipping policy without any prior notification.
