At Exquisite Bundles, it is our aim to keep our customers happy and to fulfill their requests as accurately as possible. Upon receipt, we ask that you thoroughly inspect the bundles’ label confirming that it is correct length, curl pattern and origin.  If you received your order and you are not satisfied, we ask that you utilize the following guidelines

RETURNS

  1. Inspect your Exquisite Bundles

  2. Contact Exquisite Bundles within seven (7) business days from the delivery date via

    2. Phone: 832-998-9787(Mon-Fri 5PM-10PM CST, Sat-Sun 11AM -6PM CST)

  3. A member of our team will contact you within 48 hours.

  4. If your return is approved, you will be assigned a RBN (Return Bundle Number) which will be used to reference your return.  No returns will be accepted without a RBN.

  5. You will be responsible for the shipping cost associated with returning the bundle(s) to us.  All components of the order should be shipped back with the bundles in perfect condition including but not limited to, the label bands, invoices, flyers, sleeves, bags, gifts etc.  Please use tracking, signature confirmation and/or insurance services to ensure a secure shipping experience.

  6. You will be responsible for

    1. A 25% restocking fee

    2. Shipping cost associated with sending the bundle(s) back.

  7. All returns should be received within 7 business days of issuing the RBN.  Bundles received after the 7th business day will be returned to customer and a refund will not be issued.

  8. After receiving the bundles from the customer, we reserve the right to make the final decision on a refund based on the condition of the hair received.  

  9. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days, through the same payment method by which the purchase was made.  The original shipping fee will NOT be refunded.

EXCHANGES (one per order)

  1. Inspect your Exquisite Bundles.

  2. Contact Exquisite Bundles within 7 business days from the delivery date via

    2. Phone: 832-998-9787 (Mon-Fri 5PM-10PM CST and Sat-Sun 11AM -6PM CST)

  3. A member of our team will contact you within 48 hours.

  4. If your exchange is approved, you will be assigned an EBN (Exchange Bundle Number) which will be used to reference your exchange.  No exchanges will be authorized without a EBN.

  5. You will be responsible for the shipping cost associated with returning the bundle(s).  Please utilize tracking, signature confirmation and/or insurance services to ensure a secure shipping experience.

  6. Any exchange should be received within 7 business days of issuing the EBN.  Bundles received after the 7th business day will be returned to you and no longer be eligible for exchange.

  7. After receiving the bundles from the customer, we reserve the right to make the final decision based on the condition of the hair received.  

  8. The replacement bundles will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving the previous ones.  For customers in the US, if the exchange was necessary due to an error on our part the bundles will be shipped at our expense.  However, all international customers (including Canada and Hawaii) will incur the cost of reshipment.

ITEMS INELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  • Bundles purchased during a sale 

  • Bundles purchased using a promotional code

  • Bundles purchased as part of a bundle deal

  • Closures

  • Frontals

ANY BUNDLES UNWRAPPED, UNTIED, WASHED, CONDITIONED, STYLED, CUT, COLORED OR TAMPERED WITH IN ANY WAY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
